The Rosalie asymmetrical triangle scarf is a new crochet pattern with beautiful texture. Read through to find out all the details!

Concept and Design

If you love simple stitches and beautiful texture then look no further! The Rosalie triangle scarf works up quickly in an asymmetrical triangle shape. By working in 3rd loop created by half double crochets, you create this unique braided texture. The Rosalie triangle is also a great Netflix binging project with just a 2 row repeat.

Yarn

I used K+C Element yarn in Denim Blue that I found at my local Joann’s. It’s a super soft cotton/acrylic blend worsted (#4) yarn. However, I believe it has been discontinued ☹ Any weight yarn can be substituted for this project. Just know that your hook size and yardage will vary from mine if you choose a different weight. The Rosalie triangle scarf would look great striped/color blocked, variegated, or completely solid. No matter what yarn you choose, you will have a gorgeous scarf!

Materials Needed

  • Ideally, any sock, sport, DK, or worsted weight (#1-4) yarn should work for this project. I used K+C Element (#4) yarn in Denim Blue (6 skeins, approximately 600 yards).
  • US size H/8 (5 mm) hook, or recommended hook size for yarn used
  • Tapestry needle
